Arrival at Jeter Farmhouse begins the moment you step through the main front door into the grand entry hall — a stunning welcome anchored by a breathtaking chandelier overhead. The hall sets the tone for everything that follows: historic, warm, and quietly magnificent. Lining the walls are historic photographs of the property through the decades, alongside pieces generously donated by descendants of the Jeter family themselves — a rare and meaningful gift that connects every guest to the home's living history.
Each suite has its own private entrance directly off the entry hall, The Anna Bell Suite entrance is the second door on the left, marked with an A. The Leonidas Suite entrance is the second door on the right, marked with an L. When you reserve the whole home, both are yours. All entry doors are equipped with smart locks, and you will receive your personalized access code before check-in — no keys to manage, no front desk to find.
Elegant locking French doors connect the two suites — positioned at the back of the Leonidas kitchenette and along the side of the Anna Bell living and dining area. When the estate is reserved in full, these doors open wide, uniting both spaces into one flowing, generous home that feels exactly as it was always meant to — open, alive, and full of gathered light.
The estate sleeps up to eight guests in exceptional comfort — two king beds, one queen bed, a pull-out sofa, and a sofa, all dressed in luxury cotton linens. The Carriage House is a separately bookable retreat and is not included in this reservation.
